I have been a clinician for over 20 years and have been with Women’s Health Associates for 17 years. I co-founded the Vineyard Free Medical Clinic 14 years ago and spend my days off providing health care needs to the underserved.
I received my undergraduate degree at Montana State University in 1981. I was commissioned in the US Air Force and served during Desert Storm. I completed my Masters of Science in Nursing with honors at California State University in 1996. I received the Idaho Nurse Practitioner of the year award and was nominated for the Governor’s Award for my work with the underserved. I am adjunct faculty at several universities and have been a research investigator in multiple clinical trials. My professional interests are providing individualized, integrative health to women of all ages. I incorporate additional training in colposcopy and ultrasonography in my practice. I am married and have 3 adult children. We love spending time in the outdoors and traveling internationally on medical mission trips.
