Monday, July 31, 2017, Dr. Kelly Siudzinski joined by Nurse Practitioner Jennifer (Jen) Newman opened our Meridian Office and started seeing patients. Our Meridian office is located in the Eagle Road Professional Center at 3080 E Gentry Way, Suite 200 (located on off Eagle Road across from St. Luke’s Meridian).
